湖南省教育厅印发《关于2019年开展湖南省高等学校升级工作的通知》。记者注意到，2019年湖南省专升本升级计划比2018年增长近40%。今年，包括武汉纺织大学、湖南经济学院、武汉轻工大学、武汉体育学院、黄冈师范学院、武汉商学院、武汉东湖学院、武汉学院和武汉生物工程学院在内的35所专升本计划招收12，290名学生。与2018年相比，招生专升本增加3所，其中汉江师范学院、武汉设计工程学院、华夏理工学院，招生计划增加3410人。
